They will explain all of the necessary procedures and encourage you to visit some area facilities. Financial Arrangements:
The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care regulate the rates for Community Nursing Home Port Perry and other Long Term Care Homes throughout the province. The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care provides funding for homes. The amount paid by residents for their accommodations is called a "co-payment". The co-payment changes from time to time (minimum yearly).

Our Administrative staff would be happy to explain the current rates. Additional costs such as hairdressing/barber services, cable TV, dentist/denturist, footcare services, newspaper delivery and telephone connections are a few examples of services that are subject to a fee and are the responsibility of the resident.
