Community Nursing Home is located in the small town of Port Perry at 15941 Simcoe Street with the closest intersection being Reach and Simcoe Street. The town of Port  Perry is situated on the southwest shore of beautiful Lake Scugog.  Our Community Nursing Home is comprised of 107 residents, many terrific staff members, and of course, our resident dog, Cody. Our building has three floors with two wheelchair accessible elevators and several lovely gardens that are accessible to residents and guests. We offer a dementia secure area and a complex care unit for people with special needs.

We are the only Nursing Home in Port Perry. Consequently, we have wonderful ties to the community such as volunteers, churches, local schools and community clubs. Our activity department has tons of great programs to keep you busy. We are known for our regular outings, which take place weekly in the warm months and regularly throughout the year. Our Activities staff arrange fun trips like shopping and lunch, the movies, bowling, plays, picnics and the list goes on and on; we even go on overnight trips! Our staff focuses on individualizing care for each resident to ensure they feel at home. We strive to provide the most comfortable and personalized care possible and we are always open to suggestions.
